About Coast Realty Solutions

Your fiduciary advocate in the fight for your home

Coast Realty Solutions works in partnership with client homeowners in the preservation of homeownership. We seek solutions that limit the incidence of foreclosure, including the negotiation and modification of mortgage terms.

We are not paid by the lender, and our fiduciary duty is only to you. No fee has ever been charged to a homeowner for ownership preservation solutions provided by Coast. There is no “catch” — our hope is that our intervention will help you avoid losing a treasured home, which provides Coast the opportunity to earn your future referrals and repeat business.

Electronic Completion Instructions

Save the attachment to your desktop before completing.

Although this 3-page document may look overwhelming at first glance, nearly all of the information can be typed directly into the light-blue colored areas in about 45 minutes.

If you need clarification on a question, hover your mouse over the response box and a “clue” will appear. By default, the document opens “online,” but security settings will not allow you to save it if completed that way.

The document is created in Adobe Acrobat and can be used with version 5 or newer on a Windows-based computer. If you do not have this free software, it can be downloaded at adobe.com/products/reader.

Apple / Mac Users

We have had mixed results with the worksheet on the Apple platform. It will not work with Apple Preview.

If you want to try completing it on a Mac, save the attachment to your desktop, open it with Adobe Reader (not Preview), and verify you have the option to “save” before filling out the entire package.

If it isn’t working electronically, use the printable attachment instead — complete it by hand and we will enter the data into the electronic form so your documents can be produced for you to sign.

Our system uses your worksheet data to automatically generate the 20–40 pages of lender documentation required for your application. We review every response for compliance with lender guidelines.

Package Delivered

In many cases, we can have a full package at your lender's office within days. We return the completed documents to you in a printable format, with all accompanying forms ready for your signature.

Review & Sign

Loan Modification Review

Your lender reviews your financial situation to determine if modified loan terms — lower interest rate, extended term, or reduced principal — are viable.

We can negotiate directly with your lender to explore loan modification, forbearance, or repayment plans.

Notice of Trustee's Sale

If unresolved, the lender schedules a sale date. Even at this stage, intervention remains possible through modification or other solutions.

Bankruptcy Protection

Filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy can halt the foreclosure process and provide time to restructure finances.
